Founded in 2010 by Mrs. Carolyn Verdin and her four daughters, Sisters and Brothers Keeper for Life began with a simple mission: to restore dignity to women rebuilding their lives after leaving abusive situations.

Every year, with the help of generous partners, we donate over 400 purses filled with essential toiletries to women in shelters across Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, St. Landry, and South Terrebonne Parishes.

Each purse is a gift of hope, compassion, and sisterhood.
